HIS EYES ARE ON YOU


There was a certain woman in a certain church in Ilorin. This woman was so engrossed in cleaning the church and its environs every single day that people began to complain - 'She has no other work to do. If she has she wouldn't come to church everyday.'
They concluded on her. But the woman refused to be discouraged by public opinions instead her devotions to the 'Lords work' kept her going.


A white man in London received a divine instruction, 'Go to Africa, Nigeria precisely. There is somebody you need to bless .' The white man caught the next flight to Nigeria and landed at Lagos. 'Go to Ilorin.' He hears in his spirit. He took another flight to Ilorin and when he got there he was given the details of the church he should go to.


The white man got to the church of this certain woman and as usual the woman was cleaning and sweeping the church premises. The white man thought the person he would bless would be the Pastor of the church but while looking at the woman he heard a sound and clear instruction - 'This is the person you need to bless. She has been a faithful worker in my vineyard and all her labour have not gone unnoticed.' The white man approached the woman who took him to the Pastor of the church and in the presence of the Pastor he explained everything - how God had commanded him to come down to Africa all the way from London and bless the most faithful worker in the church (even the Pastor is not). He then gave a cash gift in foreign currency to the woman. This gift ultimately turned the life of the woman around.


Friends, no matter how menial and unskilled your work might seem in the vineyard of God keep doing it. It might be what will move God to bless you. People may ridicule you - don't bother because God will appreciate you. NO MATTER WHAT YOU DO, GOD'S EYES ARE ON YOU and your efforts in His vineyard can never be in vain
