MARVELS OF GRACE SEASON V (Episode 13) The Name, His Word, Your Confession II (…continued from last year)

MARVELS OF GRACE
SEASON V (Episode 13)

The Name, His Word, Your Confession II
(…continued from last year)

As outlined in the preceding episode, the name of the LORD and His Word are two powerful weapons which can turn all impossibilities to possibilities. Their effectiveness personally in your life will depend on if your confession is in tune with the promises of God in His Word.

Therefore, start feeding your spirit with the Word of God as 2016 kicks off. Being conversant with the bible will make you know what the promises are and encourage you to confess them on a daily basis.

In the midst of lack, you can say, “I shall not lack any good thing (Ps 23),” because Jesus overturned the rule of nature when he fed five thousand men with five loaves of bread and two fishes.

When you feel a slight headache, rather than say, “Ori iya mi o,” say, “By His stripes I am healed.”

When there is pestilence, insurgency and terror everywhere, you can say it loud to yourself, “I will not fear the terror of night, nor the arrow that flies by day, nor the pestilence that stalks in the darkness, nor the plague that destroys at midday. Ps 91:5-6

When political analysts and economy commentators predict insecurity and hardship, you can confess by faith, “The Lord is my provider, and my place of refuge.”

2016 promises to be a great year and the promise would be fulfilled in our lives only if we confess positive things in line with the will of GOD in His Word.

NEVER let a negative utterance come out of your lips. It’d be worth it if that’s the only resolution you’d make this year.

I wish you a year of Great Harvest!
