END OF THE MONTH (YEAR) SPECIAL

End of the month episodes are set apart to celebrate the lives of people who rose from obscurity to prominence.

AT HIS WORD; NOTHING IS LATE!

Right there at the Lake of Gennasaret, stood the master fishermen, the best in the land. But this time they were not so master class for they had toiled all day and all night in search of fishes to no avail. Their professionalism hadn’t helped them at all. After waiting for several hours without catching anything they gave up. They stepped out of the boat and started washing their nets ready to go home.




At that instant, a man came into the picture. He wouldn’t allow them give up. He asked to use their boat and after teaching from the boat for a while; he ordered the leader of the fishermen to drop the nets into the sea for a catch. The astounded leader could only doubtfully reply, “Master, we have toiled all night and caught nothing; nevertheless, at your word I will let down the nets.” He would be glad he did because they caught that night, a great catch of fishes they had never caught in their lives. The fishes in the nets were so many that the nets starting tearing apart. They had to beckon for help from their fellow fishermen from another group to help them carry the fishes.


Beloved, this is the word of God for you in this last episode of the year; don’t give up! There are still many blessings left in the year for you to catch. Though you have been toiling all through the year without any obvious achievement, God is saying to you this morning that is not over – the year is not over yet. You can still experience that divine turnaround that will transform your life in the will of God. So, will you choose to believe His Word like Apostle Peter or would you still prefer to go with the doubts of failure of the past days? God is not concerned about your past; he wants to bless you now, but you have to believe Him at His word. He shall never fail you.


The blessing that you have not experienced all through the year shall be given to you in the remaining five days of this year if you believe and say Amen with faith.
