Welcome to 22/12 and the INESTIMABLE CHARACTER OF AN INDISPENSABLE WITNESS is in Acts 22/12-

"And one Ananias, a devout man according to the law, having a good report of all the Jews which dwelt there,"
God needed someone who could midwife the conversion of terrible Saul into terrific apostle Paul.
Ananias became God's perfect choice to win over Saul unto Christ because he possessed the two inestimable characters of exceptional soulwinner which are-:
1.Godly devotion-"And one Ananias, a devout man according to the law"
2.Good report-"having a good report of all the Jews which dwelt there,"
God is in dire need of people whom he can trust and use for the inestimable salvation of souls which is the heartbeat.‎

To be effective soulwinner before God in order to fulfil the great commission, your devotion to God must be excellently sound just like Cornelius-"A devout man, and one that feared God with all his house, which gave much alms to the people, and prayed to God alway." Acts 10:2
To be an efficient soulwinner before men in reaching and saving the lost, you must have excellent report before all men just like Cornelius-"And they said, Cornelius the centurion, a just man, and one that feareth God, and of good report among all the nation of the Jews" Acts 10:22
Godly devotion and Good report are indispensable character for effective and efficient soulwinning.‎

O Lord, make me a man with exceptional devotion to you and excellent report before all men so as to be an efficient and effective soulwinner to God in Jesus name.
